Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1962
Amy Benz and Jacqueline Zartarian have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-10A and 164-13 to allow a change in use from office space to the retail sale and consignment of furniture in the Limited Business Zoning District. The property is located at 143 Route 6A, Orleans Map #33, Parcel #96.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the April 17, 2013 meeting.
